These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of digital audio files (MP3 downloads) offered on mypowernap.com.
Different terms shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by us.
3. Products and Availability
Our MP3s are digital products intended for personal relaxation and well-being.
Each audio file is provided as a download after successful payment.
We reserve the right to update or remove products at any time.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes (where required).
Payment is made securely via PayPal.
The purchase is completed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
After completing your payment, you will receive an automatic download link for your purchased MP3.
You are responsible for saving the file on your device.
No physical delivery will take place.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Because our products are digital downloads, the following applies:
By completing your purchase and starting the download, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately.
You thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, §356 (5) BGB).
If you do not start the download immediately, your withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase.
7. Copyright and Usage Rights
All MP3 recordings, texts, and sounds are protected by copyright.
Purchasing an MP3 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
It is not permitted to copy, share, resell, modify, or distribute the audio files to third parties.
8. Disclaimer
The audio recordings on mypowernap.com are designed to support relaxation, rest, and general well-being.
They are not medical treatments and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
Use of the products is at your own responsibility.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from improper use of our audio files, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
